I’m Sharon Eddy, and since 2006, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating my own agency here in Alexandria, VA.

My path to becoming an agent was shaped by years of hands-on experience at State Farm in claims and management roles, where I learned firsthand how important it is to show up, listen closely, and follow through. That foundation continues to guide how my team and I serve individuals, families, and small business owners who rely on us to help protect what matters most.

When you visit our office, you’ll be greeted by a team of licensed professionals who focus on customized options and genuine conversations, not one-size-fits-all answers. Whether you’re preparing for a new car with Auto insurance, settling into a home with Homeowners insurance, or thinking ahead with Life insurance or coverage for a growing business, we take the time to understand what’s important to you. And yes, our rescue cats, Squeaky and Warty, are still very much part of the office. They arrived as temporary guests years ago and quickly became permanent members of our work family.

Supporting the community has always been close to my heart. I actively contribute to local food banks, back-to-school programs, and coat and toy drives throughout the year, and our office sponsors events such as the Walk to Bust Cancer, ALIVE’s Empty Bowls, local high school fundraisers, and the CBC annual benefit. My love for music and the performing arts has also led me to support the Signature Theatre in Shirlington since 2007 and to stay involved with community theater groups whenever I can.

Giving back extends beyond our local area as well. In 2023, 2024, and 2025, I led teams to Piura, Peru, where we built homes, distributed food and clothing, and spent time supporting orphanages and hospice centers. I’m looking forward to returning to Piura in 2026 with another group of dedicated volunteers.
