"I had an amazing experience with Kelly today. She helped me finalize my auto policy with State Farm and got me a great quote. She answered all of my questions that I had and was very kind. The other office that originally got my quote, was unable to help me due to being closed and I was anxious of whether or not my policy was going to start or not on 1/5. "I used to have insurance through Sharon Eddy and left state farm because of her office's lack of communication, rising costs, and unprofessionalism. I inquired so see if it was worth it to make a comprehensive insurance claim on my cracked windshield. No claim was ever filed by me but was by her office. I was never paid out, no work was done by my insurance, nor worked through her office. Yet her office filed a comprehensive claim that is still on my record to this day. I tried several times to contact her office to rectify this issue but it was never addressed."

"We were referred to Sharon Eddy in 2003, when we relocated to Northern Virginia, and in spite of retirement and relocation outside the area, we are continuing our association with this group. The agency has always been extremely responsive ; through life, home and auto insurance needs, storm damage, a kitchen fire, and most recently, damage and loss from Hurricane Michael. Over the years, all staff members have been professional, responsive and helpful. The agency is also bi-lingual, which is a plus today. Today, November 20, 2025, I'm adding to my review. Called this morning to file a new auto claim. Kelly was friendly and helpful. In an unplanned trip, due a family death, the windshield on our new car was hit twice by rocks, while we were driving on I-75 in FL. I didn't have your policy # handy, but she connected me to claims. I was only on hold for a few minutes. But, Kelly sent a text with ours policy # and the direct phone number for Claims, in case I was disconnected. This level of service is not found everywhere and we appreciate and value your association with Sharon Eddy and her staff."
