"Sharon and her team continue to help my family through some really difficult times. When every other company seemed to make things harder, Sharon's team has worked WITH us to help get things resolved. The first time was 2.5 days before Christmas, when everyone was hurrying to get out of town because of incoming weather, I reached out to Sharon with a policy question - I did not have the policy number or anything handy to make her job easier. Less than 24 hours later, Sharon responded not only answering my question but resolving my issue. This is customer service. And just today, on a Friday afternoon, no less, Sharon's office is again to to the rescue - helping set things up for a new vehicle and doing everything to make things easy for my 86-year old father. My favorite story, though, was 4 years ago when my father purchased a car late on a Friday afternoon, unbeknownst to me. I then had to insure it. I had been on the phone with Sharon's office until after 5. Something went wrong on my end, and the call disconnected. I tried calling back, but the national State Farm recording answered. At this point, my dad was driving a brand new car that wasn't insured. A few minutes later, I get a call back from Sharon's office...I hadn't given a call back number. I couldn't believe it! And by the end of the call, insurance was set to go into effect. This is the epitome of customer service. Thank you, all!"

"14-year customer. Filed a water damage claim after a heavy rainstorm caused interior plaster damage — with photo evidence of holes in the fascia (a roof component). Waited 22 days only to receive a denial with no adjuster or agent ever sent to inspect the property. The denial mischaracterized the source of water entry despite the evidence submitted. If you value your claim being handled in good faith and in a timely manner, be aware this has not been my experience."
